Aromas and flavors of jasmine lime tea, sweet pepper and under ripe apricot, honeydew melon, and fried sage with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with suggestions of lime oils, cantaloupe, sweet spearmint, and sea salt and jicama. Delightfully fruity with balancing savory elements, this is a sipper worth taking some time with to allow it to unfurl in your glass.
