The Dalmore 12 Year Sherry Cask Select showcases the love affair between Scotland and Spain. Using casks from three historic cooperages in Jerez de la Frontera, The Dalmore has created a new single malt with twice the Sherry influence as the traditional 12 Year Old. Each cask is seasoned with a special assemblage of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez wines, unseen anywhere else in the industry.
