This triple distilled, Single Malt Irish Whiskey is matured in sherry casks and then finished in peat charred casks for a further 4-6 months. The peat is harvested from the local boglands of Glengarriff. TASTE Smoke, and slightly sweet. AROMA Slightly Sweet, dried fruit.
