Best in Class, 2024 Whiskies of the World Competition. Double Gold. This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenents of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft. Our three-grain mash bill on Batch 004 lands closer to our original recipes of Batch 001. Of the 5% wheat in the mash bill this batch included some malted wheat in the recipe! This release will showcase both a ton of finesse and depth.
