Delicate, toasty aromas of praline, raisin scone, and salted caramel with a silky, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, engaging, medium-long caramelized nuts, sweet and peppery spices, minerals, and cedar bark finish. A vibrant and satisfying single malt with a great balance of fruit, earth, and fire.

Matured in bourbon barrels by the sea in Scotland’s Northern Highlands. Lemon peel, dried seashells, and fresh lilacs on a beautifully fragrant nose. The palate is soft and light, offering pound cake, vanilla, and a hint of spice. It fills the palate and chest with surprising power going down, all with balance and unity of flavors. Palate-coating and mouth-filling for its low ABV, it’s a delicious whisky that overdelivers on its proof. - Fall 2025

APPEARANCE Deep amber, red golden (with a slight pink hue) sparkling with a copper glow. AROMA Medium to high intensity with a briny hint of sea air. TASTE Dry, medium bodied and smooth, redolent of honey and cream, faintly salty with a slight spicy note and a sweet long-lasting finish.
