• 100% Erbaluce. • 2.5 hectare vineyards within the Municipality of Grignasco, on the Traversagna road that leads to Boca. • Altitude of 400m above sea level. • Volcanic porphyry soils that originated from the explosion of a supervolcano 280 million years ago. • The Erbaluce is hand harvested in two separate passes in September. • Cold maceration takes place for 48 hours followed by static decantation. • Controlled temperature fermentation for about 20 days. • Aging on the lees until March in inert containers followed by bottling in the Spring.
