This dusty, well-spiced bourbon brings together three generations of Noe family knowledge, with Booker, Fred, and Freddie all contributing whiskeys they’ve distilled, plus a final whiskey made by Fred and Freddie. The nose leads with oak—dried, toasted, and charred—with hints of cinnamon sugar, cloves, and butterscotch. The palate is oaky and tannic, with powdered spice and fruit. A little water wakes it up, bringing a more balanced spread of fruit and oak. (Release date: 8/24). - Spring 2025

Whilst there are several strains of native grape varietals in the United States, it was the introduction of the European species which prompted the country to begin producing wines on a large scale.
