Aromas and flavors of figs, dates, and buttered honey cookies, dried berries, dried red flower potpourri, toffee, christmas cake, black tea, and chinese five spice with an oily, lively, bone-dry medium-full body and a tingling, distinctive, long finish with notes of red fruit, barrel spices and orange peel, and toffee maple syrup. A delicious Whiskey using excellent casks; sip all day or make a very fine highball.
